Among her clients are the County of Los Angeles; City of Los Angeles; Los Angeles World Airports (LAX, ONT, VNY, PMD airports); Telstra Enterprise & Government (Australia), University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA); Port Authority of New York-New Jersey; County of Orange (California); San Francisco Community College District, Port of Los Angeles; Los Angeles Community College District; University of Southern California, City and County of Denver; Childrens Hospital Los Angeles; and the County of Los Angeles Civil Grand Jury. Prior to launching KH, she was a Managing Consultant at Towers Perrin for six years, and a Senior Program Officer with the Management Division at the Academy for Educational Development (AED), a not-for-profit research firm in Washington, D.C. Her academic degrees are: B.S. from Northwestern University in communications studies; Ed.M. from Tufts University; and Ph.D. and M.Ed. from the University of Virginia. After receiving her doctorate, she was awarded a Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Award in higher education administration. Dr. Kraetsch Hartsough is also a member of Phi Delta Kappa. She serves in various organizations and advisory boards, including: Organization of Women Executives (former President and Board member); BTW (former Board Member); Chair, the Mentoring Program for Northwestern University’s Council of One Hundred; Vice President, Peer Group Program; and, Board Member, the Northwestern University Entertainment Alliance (NUEA-West).
