You need to work on geothermal heat pump systems (GSHPS) as a means of energy conservation. GSHPS will save up to 70% depending on current energy source such as oil, gas, electricity for heating and cooling. GSHPS will save more energy than all the alternative energy sources such as wind turbines, and solar combined. 30% tax credit is available for wind, solar and geothermal heat pumps. The least expensive and best savings is use of conservation through GSHPS.
