To support and expand this educated, engaged and active citizenry, Focus the Nation is dedicated to providing opportunities for community education on clean energy, sustained engagement with elected officials, networking youth initiatives, and developing clean energy leaders.
Focus Oregon: Focus Oregon will examine the effectiveness of localized versus national organizing, applying lessons learned from January 31st, 2008 to be inclusive and to invite a dialogue between citizens and their representatives around climate change and local energy solutions.
Project Slingshot: Provides scholarships to young people to catapult their climate change solutions into action.
