Area near Fukushima remains a nuclear danger zone

Description

Residents of Okuma, a town of 11,500 people located two miles from the Fukushima Daiichi power plant in Japan, fled for their lives when an earthquake struck on March 11, 2011. Residents are allowed to make 10 trips a year to their homes and wonder if they'll ever be able to return for good. Seth Doane reports.
